Sector 60 — I've been looking at properties here and around Dwarka Expressway for a compact 2BHK since the kids moved out. Don't need such a big place anymore. What I've realized is you really have to check the actual infra progress yourself, not just rely on builder promises. Global City or SPR Extension timelines can be tricky. Visiting sites near Sectors 102-113 shows the real picture. Is it worth paying a premium for projects banking on delayed infra? This changes what's truly 'affordable' in terms of investment windows. Totally agree with your point, OP! Builder promises are just that – promises. I went to see a site near Sector 102 last month, aur wahan toh roads bhi theek se nahi bani thi. They were selling flats like it's already a prime location. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us who put our life savings into this. Lagta hai sab marketing hype hai bas.
