My One Leaf flat possession: ₹1.5 lakh extra charges

Last month, after moving into my One Leaf flat in Sector 150, I was hit with ₹1.5 lakh extra for IFMS and other 'mandatory' charges. Brochure mein toh kuch nahi tha, yaar. Builder bol raha hai standard hai, but why hide it? Kya sabke saath aisa hota hai Greater Noida mein? How to avoid these hidden charges next time?
