Visited Orris Carnation Residency last weekend, and it seemed decent. Honestly, I'm really confused about the power backup. The sales guy said 24/7, but does that mean full flat or just common areas and a few points? My parents keep saying builders always over-promise on this. What's the reality like after moving in? Also, water supply reliability is a big concern for me. Gurugram often has tanker issues. Is Orris Carnation's tank capacity sufficient, or do residents end up relying on tankers regularly? Not sure what to look for in the agreement for these specifics.
