₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 20 from Experion – is this the new normal? I work in real estate, but seeing these super area vs. carpet area games for my own purchase is something else. Should I push for a construction-linked plan, or is a down payment better for an investor? Not sure which way to go here for max ROI.
