The hype around infrastructure impact in Gurgaon is often just that – pure marketing spin. Around the RERA Approved Projects corridor, Dwarka Expressway aur metro ka actual benefit kitne pockets ko mila? I work in real estate but for my own buy, it's tough to see real price jumps. Which specific sectors are genuine gainers from all this new connectivity?

Dekho bhai, situation complex hai. Gurgaon mein connectivity benefits hain, no doubt, but not uniformly. Sectors like 102, 103, 109, 110 (near Dwarka Expressway) might see some long-term gains once the expressway is fully operational and supporting infrastructure (schools, markets) comes up. But short-term gains expecting high jumps are unrealistic right now. Current market conditions are stable, not booming like a few years back. Due diligence is key, check builder's past projects, not just the RERA tag. Don't rely solely on hype.
Exactly! Mujhe bhi doubt ho raha hai ki yeh RERA approval bas naam ka hai. Kya koi specific RERA ID hai Ramprastha Group ke kisi project ki jiska status clear ho? Ya sab aise hi delay ho rahe hain?
Honestly, Ramprastha Group ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere ek senior ne unke Sector 37D wale project mein book kiya tha 5 saal pehle. Possession date pe date mil rahi hai, RERA complaint bhi file ki but kuch nahi hua. Ab toh lagta hai bas paisa phasa diya. Ek first-time buyer ke liye yeh sab dekh kar aur darr lagta hai.
Kaunsa project tha woh Sector 37D wala? Kya RERA ID thi uski? Maybe hum check kar sakte hain uska status online. It's so frustrating to hear these stories.

Mera toh loan bhi chal raha hai aur rent bhi, double burden ho gaya hai. First-time buyer ko toh aur careful rehna chahiye, yeh log bas promises karte hain.
Avoid karo agar budget tight hai. Bahut risk hai, especially for first-time buyers.
Ramprastha Group ka toh reputation mix hai. Kuch projects theek thak hain, but delays common hain. Investment ke hisaab se toh bahut risky lagta hai mujhe.

Main Pichhle 2 saal se dekh raha hoon, mere ek friend ne Airport Road side mein liya tha, socha tha rates rocket honge. Abhi tak toh kuch khaas movement nahi dikhi. RERA approved bolke bas builder log time pass kar rahe hain. Konsi pockets mein sach mein growth hai, yehi samajh nahi aa raha.
Sahi kaha, Baliawas side bhi same haal hai. Connectivity hai but amenities abhi tak nahi hain. Lagta hai abhi aur wait karna padega.
Haan bhai, same experience, Airport Road ka scene toh thanda hi hai.
