Booking amount de diya, loan bhi chal raha, but ab GTM Builders ki payment schedule ne dimag kharab kar diya hai. Sector 35 Sohna mein ek flat book kiya tha, under-construction. They're demanding huge PLC and IFMS charges way before any real construction progress. I work in real estate, so I know the tricks, but for my own home, this feels like a total trap. Construction-linked plan bolke, they're just draining funds. Anyone else faced this with GTM or other builders like Signature Global? Kya kiya aap logon ne?

Sach mein yaar, GTM builders ka track record toh waise bhi theek nahi hai. But aapko booking se pehle ye terms clear nahi kiye the kya? PLC aur IFMS toh booking ke time pe hi batate hain na? Aur aap real estate mein
Bhai, totally feel you! GTM ka toh yahi scene hai. Mere friend ne bhi Sector 35 mein hi dekha tha, unko bhi same PLC aur IFMS ke naam pe loot rahe the. Bahut tension hoti hai first time buyers ko.
