Visited Premium Builders projects yesterday. Brochures hide the real traffic hell. Peak hours mein commute *bahut* tough. Parking bhi issue hai. What's the ground reality for living there? Any tips?

Dekho, har project mein kuch pros and cons hote hain. Traffic issue toh real hai, but maybe you can adjust your commute timings? Also, check if the builder has provided any shuttle services or if there are alternative routes during peak hours. Aur U6 ke question ka answer important hai - RERA status aur builder ki financial stability check karna bahut zaroori hai. Sirf brochure dekh kar decision mat lena.
Market conditions bhi dekhni padengi. Ghaziabad mein property prices ne pichle kuch saalon mein achhi appreciation dikhayi hai, especially areas like Abhay Khand. Lekin ab thoda slow down hai. Builders are giving discounts, but traffic aur connectivity issues still persist. Don't rush into buying just because of a 'good deal'. Long-term investment hai, sab factors consider karo.
Traffic toh Ghaziabad mein har jagah hai, but some areas are worse. Agar budget tight hai toh public transport connectivity bhi dekho. Metro station kitna door hai, bus routes kaise hain. Personal car pe depend karoge toh pareshan hi rahoge.
Yaar, Premium Builders ki toh baat hi mat karo. Mere ek relative ne 3 saal pehle book kiya tha unke Indirapuram project mein. Possession date do baar extend ho chuki hai, abhi tak mila nahi. Quality of construction bhi average bata rahe hain. I'd say, be very careful. Builders ke promises pe mat jaao, site pe jaa ke sab check karo, especially the project's RERA status and past delivery record.
Oh no, yeh toh bahut serious issue hai. U4, aapke relative ko RERA mein complaint karni chahiye. Waise, Premium Builders ke Ghaziabad projects ka RERA status kya hai? Aur possession dates latest kya chal rahi hain?
Exactly! Jaise U3 ne pucha, inka reputation theek nahi hai. Sunne mein aaya hai ki funds divert karte hain. Mere ek colleague ne bhi book kiya tha, ab fas gaya hai. Legal issues bhi chal rahe hain kuch projects pe. Toh haan, reliability ka issue hai.
Totally agree! Premium Builders projects look great on paper, but ground reality is something else. Commute toh torture hai, especially during office hours. Mera friend bhi wahi dekh raha tha, but traffic dekh ke back out kar gaya.
Haan yaar, traffic toh hai. But what about Premium Builders ka track record? Builder kitna reliable hai? Kahi project delay toh nahi hoga?
Sahi kaha bhai, ghante lag jaate hain D-block, Ahinsa Khand II se exit karne mein. Upar se parking ka mess alag. I visited last month, felt like a scene from a crowded Mumbai local train, not a residential complex.
