Rudraa Aroma mein maintenance charges kitne hain, aur service quality kaisi hai? I know builders promise a lot with clubhouses, but are they actually used, ya bas show-off? As an investor, mujhe resale value aur tenant attraction dekhni hai. Kya ye amenities justify karti hain high maintenance? Yaar, log sirf basic facilities hi dekhte hain kya?
