Paras The Manor ki carpet area efficiency real mein kaisi hai? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know the super area vs carpet area games. Brochure mein layouts dekh ke toh theek lagte hain, but actual usable space ka kya scene hai? Does the 4BHK feel spacious ya bas numbers hain?

I visited their site last month, the sample flat for 4BHK was decent, not 'wow' spacious but definitely not cramped. The carpet area felt closer to what they claimed, maybe because of the efficient layout. My concern is the possession date, 2028-08-01, it's still so far. Kya guarantee hai time pe milega?
Possession date toh sab builders ka issue hai. Mere ek friend ne Basai mein ek project liya tha, 2 saal delay ho gaya. RERA
Bhai, Paras The Manor ka price range dekh ke toh already nervous ho gaya main. ₹9.5 Cr se ₹14.6 Cr? Carpet area to chhodo, itne budget mein toh Bandra mein bhi mil jayega! But haan, Gurgaon mein location matters, I guess.
Sahi keh rahe ho yaar, budget toh high hai. But location aur amenities ka bhi toh factor hai, especially in a project with only 120 units.
