My own Gurgaon purchase: Marketing vs. ground reality

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – but I'm second-guessing everything for my own purchase. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, yaar. I know the builder marketing spiel too well. I'm looking at Paras The Manor in Gurgaon, but want real talk. Kya kisi ko pata hai about their green areas? Are they genuinely usable open spaces, or just landscaped patches between towers? Also, the clubhouse – is it actually active daily or just a fancy, rarely used facility? And parking... is it a lottery nightmare or properly allocated?
