I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 112 from Trehan Group – base price theek hai, but stamp duty and registration costs often surprise people. ₹1.8 Cr for Trehan in Sec 112? Base price toh theek hai, but builder adjustments on registration are a myth for most. They'll show you some 'discount' but the actual amount you pay for stamp duty is almost always on the full declared value. Don't expect miracles.
Totally agree! My brother bought in Badshahpur last year, same situation. Builder ne bola tha manage ho jayega, but end mein we paid full stamp duty on the agreement value. It'
