My own home: builder quality vs hidden costs confusion
Construction quality claims by builders are mostly marketing spin, I've seen it firsthand. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, yaar. ATS aur Godrej ka naam hai, par kya actual finishing aur seepage issues kam hain? Ya phir after possession, hidden charges jaise PLC ya maintenance deposits ka kya scene rehta hai? Gaurs Group ka track record kaisa hai Noida Extension mein? Customer support bhi important hai, booking ke baad call uthate bhi hain ya nahi? Need genuine feedback on these builders.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! 'Marketing spin' is exactly it. I'm also a first-time buyer and the constant push from sales guys for ATS and Godrej is overwhelming. Quality claims sound great on paper, but I'm terrified of hidden costs later. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
