Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Block C, Gurugram. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a different game. Builders ki pricing samajh nahi aa rahi, no negotiation dikhta hai. Honestly, for a 3BHK, ₹3 Cr+ feels steep. Are these prices justified for Block C? What's the real scene for negotiation, any hidden tactics? And future mein, if I need to sell, is Block C ka resale market strong enough to exit without a loss?

Honestly, for Block C, ₹3 Cr+ is a lot. My friend bought a 2BHK near Badshahpur last year for ₹1.2 Cr, and that area is developing fast. Block C might be prime but the appreciation potential seems limited at these prices. Builder margins are insane right now.
Totally feel you, yaar! I'm also looking in Gurugram, and Block C looks good but the prices... *shudders*. Negotiation toh zero lag raha hai. Kya karein?
