My own home hunt: builder agreements giving me cold feet
₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK on SPR is making me second guess everything. I'm in real estate myself, but buying for my own family feels different. Looking at Emaar Emerald Floors Premier and some Vatika Group projects. My big worry is the builder-buyer agreement. I've seen clauses that are just one-sided, especially on delays or quality. How do you guys really verify RERA status beyond the number? And title clarity? Don't want issues affecting my exit later. Any specific red flags in Gurgaon agreements I should watch out for?
