My own home hunt: Mohan Nagar reality check

₹75 lakh for a 3BHK around Mohan Nagar looks good on paper, but I'm honestly struggling with the ground reality. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but living there is different. The brochures never mention the peak hour traffic near the metro or how congested the main roads get. Commuting to Delhi seems like a nightmare sometimes, especially from projects a bit further inside. Is it just me, or is the infrastructure not really keeping up? What about water supply or power cuts? Builders always promise the world, but I want honest opinions from actual residents. What's your take on daily life there? Worth it for the connectivity, or is it getting too crowded?
