Spent Sunday checking options in Sector 89, Faridabad. Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla, ₹2.65 Cr, caught my eye. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Is it genuinely good for daily living? What's the actual neighbourhood like for schools/markets? Are amenities truly useful, not just for show? Any honest opinions on the community vibe?

Yaar, ₹2.65 Cr for an upcoming project in Sector 89? The price range on Propmyna shows ₹2.7 Cr. Seems a bit steep for a builder with 'Not Applicable' RERA. I'd be super cautious, especially with only 4 units planned.

Exactly! 'Not Applicable' RERA for an upcoming project is a huge red flag for me. It means little to no regulatory oversight, which is scary for first-time buyers like us. Builder pe bharosa
