₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 37D feels high, even with Dwarka Expressway completion nearby. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders always have their spiel. Honestly, kitna negotiate kar sakte hain Gurugram mein? Spot discounts sirf pressure tactics hote hain kya? Kisi ko recently kitna off mila hai on new projects? Not sure if I should push for a lower base price or try to get some charges waived. Also, all-in cost ka scene kya hai? Property price ke alawa stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... yeh toh pata hai. But possession ke time pe aur kya hidden charges aate hain? Maintenance, IFMS, electricity connection charges – kya yeh sab pehle clear ho jaate hain ya surprise milta hai? Your honest opinions would really help.

Totally agree yaar, 1.8 Cr for 3BHK in 37D is steep. Dwarka Exp. is good, but that price... I was looking at a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and even there, negotiations felt like pulling teeth. Kitna off expect karein Gurugram mein? Is it possible to get 10-15% off the quoted price?
