₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Emaar Palm Gardens seems okay on paper, but I'm just so skeptical about the reality. I work in real estate, so I know what builders promise versus what they actually deliver. Buying for myself, it's different yaar. The brochure mein sab high-end dikhta hai, but is it genuinely used daily or just a ghost facility? I'm talking about the clubhouse and sports amenities especially. Aur woh maintenance charges, woh toh har saal badhte hain. Is the service quality really worth the money, or do we end up paying for basic stuff? Parking allocation bhi tension hai, lottery based toh nahi hai na? What's your honest experience at Emaar Palm Gardens? Would love to know off the record.
