₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in DNR Arista Phase 1 is a big commitment, yaar. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but for my own investment, it's totally different. Site visits mein construction quality kaise judge karein for long-term ROI? I'm worried about future resale value and tenant attraction, especially if basic construction mein hi issues hon. Poor construction matlab higher maintenance costs later, right? Jo under-construction mein dikhta hai, does it reflect the final finish? Aur promised amenities ka kya scene hai? Builders brochure mein sab dikhate hain, but actual delivery mein kitna difference hota hai? Kya kisi ko DNR Arista Phase 1 ka construction progress se idea hai? Bhai, pehle toh yeh clear karo DNR Arista Phase 1 toh already COMPLETED project hai. Aur price 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK? That's way off for a project like this. RERA site pe toh ₹2.1 Cr se start ho raha hai. Is it possible you're looking at an older phase or a different project? Construction quality ke liye toh ab ready-to-move hi dekhna padega.
