Everyone talks about negotiation, but does it *actually* work for a 3BHK in Kalu Sarai, say, for ₹2.5Cr from Sonu Lamba? Builders often claim 'no-price-drop' policies, which feels like total BS. Kya secondary market mein resale deals pe better negotiation scope hota hai? I'm seeing 2-3% spot discounts, but is that the real number, ya aur push kar sakte hain? Change my mind if you think builders don't play these games.
