Are the fancy amenities, like clubhouses, really driving premium or just marketing fluff? I'm worried about maintenance charges vs. actual service quality after a year or two. Bad construction means higher repair costs and lower tenant retention. What are people's experiences with actual build quality post-possession? Does the initial gloss hold up, or do cracks appear quickly? Any specific builders known for better, lasting construction?
