Builders saying 'no negotiation' for their Gurgaon projects feels like a total bluff. Main khud real estate mein hoon, but jab apni property lene jaao na, toh sab game alag lagta hai. I'm eyeing a 3BHK, around ₹1.5 Cr budget, maybe near Dwarka Expressway ya Manesar mein Brahma Group ka project. Builders bolte hain spot discount hai ya no negotiation policy. Matlab, kya ye sach hai? Kitna push kar sakte hain hum for a good deal? Ya sirf ye dikhawa hai? I know about PLC, stamp duty, registration, par phir bhi lagta hai kuch hidden charges toh honge hi. Possession ke time kuch aur nikal aata hai. How much can one realistically negotiate on the final price, beyond that 'spot discount' drama? Koi real-life experience share karo please.
