Kolte-Patil ke Hinjewadi projects mein hidden charges ka kya scene hai? I'm looking at their new launch near Phase 3. Brochure mein sab clean dikhate hain, but I know what builders don't tell you till the last minute. Mere ek client ko Godrej ke project mein possession ke time ₹5-6 lakh extra maange for PLC and maintenance deposit. Mera budget ₹90L ke aas-paas hai for a 2BHK. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. Customer support ka bhi darr hai, booking ke baad koi phone hi nahi uthata. Has anyone faced such last-minute surprises with Kolte-Patil ya other big builders like Kumar Properties? Kya karein iska?
