Honestly, buying for myself is way harder than selling to others. New Delhi mein D S The Avant (upcoming) aur Kailash Milan Vihar (ready) mein confuse hoon. 5-year investment ke liye, kisme better appreciation milegi? Under-construction mein risk hai, par price jump ka chance bhi. Kya yeh gamble worth it hai, ya ready-to-move safer hai?

Bhai, under-construction projects are a huge risk, especially for a first-time buyer. My friend booked in an upcoming project near Ghaziabad, aur ab tak possession ka koi fix date nahi hai. Kailash Milan Vihar sounds safer just for that peace of mind.
