Honestly, buying for myself is a shocker. I'm looking at places like Orris Greenopolis. Construction quality ka ROI pe kitna farq padta hai? Builders claim high quality, but after 2-3 years, cracks aur seepage ka kya scene rehta hai? Resale aur tenant attraction ke liye kitna critical hai? Experiences please.
