Honestly, I thought I'd seen it all working in real estate, but buying for myself is a different ballgame. I'm looking at Prakash The Hallmark Wings in Wagholi, D E F. Possession's coming up, and I'm worried about hidden charges. Heard builders hit you with unexpected PLC or maintenance deposits at the last minute. What's the actual construction quality like after a year or two? Any seepage or finishing issues? Anyone bought from Prakash Associates in Wagholi? What was your possession experience? Did they surprise you with extra costs?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Hidden charges are my biggest fear too, especially when possession is near. Builders always find a way to add something extra. My friend got hit with a huge maintenance deposit last minute in Akurdi.
