Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, it's making me second-guess everything. I'm looking at 'Affordable Housing Projects' in Greater Noida for a 2BHK. Prices there seem to have jumped quite a bit in the last year or two. Is it worth buying now, or should I wait? Kya lagta hai, will they correct or keep climbing?

Bhai, totally relate! Mere saath bhi same ho raha hai. Buying for self is a
