My loan's approved and I'm eyeing Lodha Hinjewadi Project Tower 4 & 5. Honestly, buying for myself is totally different than selling. I know builders play games with super area vs. carpet area. For ₹1.22 Cr–₹2.55 Cr, I'm trying to figure out the *actual* usable space. Anyone who's taken possession of earlier towers or similar Lodha projects in Pune – what was the reality check like? Was carpet area delivered as promised? How's daily life there, really? Not brochure talk, but actual noise, air quality. Hope this helps someone.

For Lodha Hinjewadi, did you check their RERA documents properly? Sometimes the carpet area mentioned there is the *only* thing you can hold them accountable for. P52100051280 is their RERA number, right? Make sure to compare that with what they're showing you.

Haan bhai, U2, RERA docs mein toh sab clear hota hai. But even then, sometimes the interpretation differs. My lawyer said to get it in writing, even the smallest detail.
