Honestly, navigating my own investment is way tougher than advising clients. I'm eyeing Ramprastha Skyz, it's completed and all, price range around ₹1.29 Cr–₹1.52 Cr. I know what builders don't tell you, but for my own money, I'm still confused. Gurugram mein capital appreciation ka kya scene hai for a completed project like this? I need to know the actual rental yield; brochures toh sab high dikhate hain, real numbers kya hain market mein? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, buyer mil jayega easily? Kisi ka personal experience hai toh share karo please. I'm seeing a lot of investor flats, not sure if that's a good sign for long-term appreciation. Meri calculation sahi hai ya nahi?

Yaar, Ramprastha Skyz ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai. Builders ka track record Gurugram mein waise bhi ajeeb hai. Price range ₹1.3 Cr – ₹1.5 Cr for a completed project sounds okay, but is it really worth it long term? I'm worried about the oversupply in this area affecting future appreciation.
