Haan bhai, Sohna is the next big thing. Ashiana ka quality toh acha hai, but negotiation is key. I'm also looking there, Sector 37C seems promising.

Sahi keh rahe ho, Sohna mein potential hai, especially connectivity with Airport Road. But current market conditions are a bit slow, so demand more discount. 5-7% is minimum.
