Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing Sohna properties in Sector 37C. I know builders inflate prices. For Ashiana Housing, what's a realistic negotiation limit? Kitna percentage actually knock off kar sakte hain? Also, what hidden charges surprise near possession? Need genuine investor insights.

Haan bhai, Sohna is the next big thing. Ashiana ka quality toh acha hai, but negotiation is key. I'm also looking there, Sector 37C seems promising.

Sahi keh rahe ho, Sohna mein potential hai, especially connectivity with Airport Road. But current market conditions are a bit slow, so demand more discount. 5-7% is minimum.
