Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Everyone glorifies Panathur and ORR fringes for 3BHK upgrades, especially from my current 2BHK in Bellandur. Builders like Prestige and Embassy dikhate hain bade-bade projects, but nobody talks about the actual water supply. Is it pure tanker dependency for daily needs? Builders promise borewells and BWSSB, but I hear stories of no municipal water for months. Should I really pay ₹2 Cr+ for a 3BHK or villa agar paani ka issue hai? matlab, is the premium justified for that stress? Change my mind if I'm wrong.

Totally relate to this! I'm eyeing a 3BHK in the same area, near Aavalahalli, and the water issue is my biggest red flag. Builders just gloss over it. ₹2 Cr+ for daily water stress sounds like a nightmare, yaar. Is it really that bad everywhere?
