Plot lena chahiye ya flat in Hyderabad? My parents are pushing for a plot near Tellapur, bol rahe hain long-term appreciation ke liye best hai. But Gachibowli ya Kokapet mein flats job ke liye zyada convenient lagte. Plot mein construction ka tension alag hai na. Is it worth that hassle? What's the real ROI for a plot vs a 3BHK flat in these IT corridors? Koi recently plot khareeda hai toh please experience share karo. I'm honestly confused, samajh nahi aa raha.

Honestly, for a first-time buyer, flat is less headache. Tellapur is still developing, you'll need to wait years for proper infrastructure. Gachibowli and Kokapet flats, though expensive, offer immediate living and better rental yields if you plan to move later. Convenience is king for IT professionals.
Gachibowli flats mein kya price chal raha hai abhi for a decent 3BHK? Budget-conscious hoon but convenience is important. Kya koi specific projects suggest kar sakte ho?
True that! Nearness to office is a huge plus. My friends in Begumpet commute like crazy.
Bhai, exactly same situation! My parents are also pushing for a plot in Tellapur, saying it's the future. But with my job in Hitec City, a flat in Gachibowli seems so much more practical. That construction hassle for a plot is a big deterrent for me too. Samajh nahi aa raha kya karein.
Plot mein construction ka tension ke alawa, funds manage karna bhi mushkil hota hai na?
Haan yaar, I faced this dilemma last year. My family also wanted a plot near Chevella but I went for a 2BHK flat in Attapur. The appreciation might be slower compared to a developed plot, but the instant gratification and zero construction headache was worth it for me. Plus, EMI is fixed, no surprise costs like with plot construction. Just make sure the builder has RERA approval and good track record.
