Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Kailash The Kings Reserve ka advertised price dekh ke lagta hai sab theek hai, but woh hidden costs, especially PLC and registry, maar dete hain. Mera ek dost Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat le raha tha, usko last moment pe pata chala ki 'preferential location charges' itne zyada hain ki uska budget hil gaya. Plots mein liquidity ka issue toh hai, but Uttam Steels ka appreciation potential sunke lagta hai wahan kuch toh hai. Confused hoon yaar, 2BHK ka sapna, but wallet saath nahi de raha.
