My post-possession reality with Gaurs Group in Greater Noida
What's the real story with on-time delivery from Gaurs Group in Greater Noida? Just moved into Gaur Saundaryam Phase 2 last month, possession was in March. Builder ne almost 2.5 saal delay kiya, yaar. Bahut unexpected tha, especially considering the hype around Noida Extension. Finishing work bhi abhi tak complete nahi hai, kuch minor cheezein reh gayi hain. I'm also noticing some construction quality issues, like plaster cracks already in a few places. Customer support ka toh haal hi kharab hai after booking; calls ka reply hi nahi aata. Has anyone else living in Gaurs 6th Avenue ya other projects faced similar issues post-possession? Kya ye normal hai for builders around Pari Chowk area?
