My pre-launch gamble: Sattva Lake Ridge thoughts?
I've been tracking Hyderabad's real estate for years, but this Sattva Lake Ridge pre-launch has me thinking hard. Pre-launch mein jo pricing mili thi, now it's already up quite a bit. My concern is builder ka track record Sattva Group ka, especially for an upcoming project. Is their delivery consistent? Also, long-term exit strategy kya hogi? Five years down the line, will there be enough demand for resale in this specific location? Thoda calculated risk lag raha hai, but numbers are tempting. What's your take?
