My pre-launch regret in Sohna property search

Sohna, been looking here for a compact 2BHK or 3BHK. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Humlog ko lift chahiye, low maintenance, and hospital paas ho. I remember checking out SRV Landbase projects in Sector 74A during their pre-launch. Builder ne bola tha 'early bird' rates milenge. But honestly, it felt like woh sab bas ek marketing gimmick tha. Matlab, jo price tab dikhaya, baad mein bhi utna hi laga for similar units, ya sometimes even higher due to other charges. Was that just my experience? Ya pre-launch pricing is never actually a real discount? Ab toh lagta hai wait karna hi sahi tha. Should I look for resale now for better value? Ya Sohna mein abhi bhi koi genuine price correction zones hain jahan value mile? Any thoughts?
