Is anyone else in Prem Nagar experiencing inconsistent municipal water supply daily? We moved into our Signature Global 2BHK just two months ago, thinking Prem Nagar was a good move from Sohna Road for its future potential. But we're relying on tankers way more than anticipated. Power cuts are also a regular thing, even with DG. What's the RWA like here with these issues, and are the maintenance charges justified for what we get? Just trying to gauge the ground reality.

Bhai, totally relate! Humne bhi Prem Nagar mein Signature Global ka hi 3BHK liya tha last year. Sohna Road se shift hone ki thinking thi ki connectivity better hogi aur future mein appreciation milegi. But water supply ka issue is real. RO toh lagwa liya, but municipal ka pressure itna low hai ki tanks refill hone mein poora din lag jata hai. RWA elections bhi hue hain abhi, but naye members bhi kuch khaas kar nahi rahe. Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain, but services zero. Aur woh power cuts? DG ka bill alag aata hai aur phir bhi lights chali
