Presidency Heights – just got possession last month, but kuch cheezein genuinely surprised kar rahi hain. Book karte time, they showed us so many high-end amenities in the brochure, especially the clubhouse aur swimming pool. Abhi dekho toh, pool ka kaam abhi tak pura nahi hua hai aur clubhouse mein bas basic stuff hai. Kya yeh sab baad mein complete hota hai ya jo dikhaya woh bas marketing gimmick tha? Investor ke liye toh yeh sab amenities bahut matter karti hain, for tenant attraction and resale value. Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain, but service quality is average. Kisi aur ka similar experience hai kya, ya Presidency Heights mein hi aisa hai? Not sure agar yeh future mein improve hoga ya aise hi rahega. Any thoughts?

Officially, project 'COMPLETED' dikhata hai, but that doesn't mean all amenities are fully functional ya as promised. Total units 284 hain, toh I guess occupancy pressure bhi hoga amenities pe. But amenities ka incomplete hona to builder ki galti hai.
