EL Progreso Ventures ka ek project dekh raha tha. My main confusion is payment plans. Construction-linked better hai for an investor ya down payment option? Also, super area vs carpet area ka game samajhna mushkil hai. Builders inflate karte hain, toh sahi deal kaise spot karu for good ROI? Kya advise karte ho?
