Did anyone else get blindsided by post-possession charges in Pune? Just moved into my 2BHK in Bhugaon. My Neev Sai Creations flat (₹78L) suddenly had 3L extra for OC, society setup, and utility deposits. I thought I negotiated well. Is this normal? How much can you really negotiate on these 'fixed' costs?

Yaar, this is the story of every first-time buyer in Pune. Builders always keep some 'surprises' for the end. My friend bought a 1BHK in Akurdi two years back and faced similar issues with external electrification and club membership fees that weren't clearly mentioned.
