Okay I'll say what no one says – pre-launch pricing is a scam, or at least massively overrated. Just got possession of my 2BHK at MJ Group's project in Anand Nagar, Sinhagad Road. Everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts but my spot deal was better. I saved more negotiating on the ready flat than friends who booked early. Is early-bird actually a discount in Pune? Change my mind.
