Did a site visit to Bhugaon last Saturday, yaar, finally taking the plunge after fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent again, so EMI vs rent math is clear now. I'm looking for a 2BHK around ₹70-80L. Was checking projects near the proposed Ring Road and Metro Line 3 extension. Builders like Kolte-Patil and Godrej have some options, but prices already seem high. Is there still an investment window for properties near these upcoming infra corridors that are still affordable?
