Is pre-launch pricing a real discount, or just a marketing stunt? Kitna difference hota hai from buying later? Also, what's the realistic 'all-in' cost percentage above the base property price for a 2BHK (₹70-80L)? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors – sab add karke kitna extra lagta hai?
