Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Pune. Okay, I'll say what no one says: everyone glorifies 'spot discounts' but honestly, kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain from the listed price? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Revell Realtors jaise builders ka no-price-drop policy ka kya scene hai? Matlab, is that really fixed, or is there always room for negotiation? Beyond stamp duty and registration, all-in costs mein kitna hidden hota hai? I'm talking about the real total acquisition cost. Bhai, Revell Realtors ka toh pata nahi, but main jab Amanora Park Town mein dekh raha tha, ek builder ne bola 'final price'. Later, my agent got me 2L off for a quick booking. Always room for negotiation
Totally agree with the post! Builder log bas dikhate hain discount, asli mein kuch nahi milta. I'm looking in Akurdi and same story. Sirf token amount pe thoda adjust karte hain max. Revell toh bilkul nahi sunta.
