₹78 lakh for a 2BHK at Purva Emerald Bay, but seeing the finish, I'm worried about future maintenance and resale. Does poor construction quality really tank investor ROI long-term, or am I overthinking it for a rental?

Yaar, I completely get your worry. Purva Emerald Bay ka finish maine bhi dekha hai, kuch areas mein theek nahi lag raha. For a project with RERA P52100026132 and possession in 2025, you'd expect better, right? Long-term maintenance cost add ho jayega toh ROI kaise banega?
