Bhai, Raheja Mullanpur? Be very, very careful. I've heard so many stories about delays with them, not just in New Chandigarh but even their older projects. Negotiation is one thing, but getting possession on time is another battle. My cousin almost lost his mind dealing with their customer service for a project near Manimajra. For an NRI, getting stuck in such a situation from abroad would be even worse. Pura paisa phans jaayega.
