Hidden charges in Ghaziabad property deals are a complete nightmare, honestly. I'm so fed up of renting, finally decided to check out a 2BHK in Raj Bagh with Bharat Builders. Sales team initially quoted ₹65L, sounded good. But jab pura break up maanga, suddenly parking, PLC, aur maintenance charges ka lambi list aa gayi. Yeh sab pehle kyun nahi batate yaar? Is it even possible to negotiate on these 'fixed' charges in Ghaziabad? Aur kitna discount expect kar sakte hain actual property price pe? Not sure if 5% is too much to ask. What's the real all-in cost I should prepare for, beyond just the base price? Any hidden charges to watch out for at possession time?
