My Raj Nagar Extension flat purchase: unexpected negotiation

Did a site visit to Raj Nagar Extension projects last month before finally booking. Builder ne initially kaafi high quote kiya tha 3BHK ke liye. Honestly, I didn't expect much negotiation scope. But after pushing, I got a decent discount! Koi batata nahi ki kitna bargain kar sakte ho, especially for ready-to-move units. Is this normal ya main lucky tha? Tum logon ka kya experience raha hai prices ko leke?
