My kids' school admission is coming up, and we still haven't finalised a 3BHK near Kalawad Road. My wife's priority is safety and a good neighbourhood for them. We checked Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, it's okay for size but I'm worried about Ansal API's financial health. Heard old stories about project stalls. Is that a real concern for their Rajkot projects? Also, are home loans smooth for them? Some builders make bank approvals tricky. Any insights on their stability or ease of getting loans would help. Thanks!

But Rajkot mein unke projects ka recent status kya hai? Kya Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein bhi delays hain ya loans mein problem aa rahi hai? I heard from a broker ki Rajkot projects are managed better. Is that true or just sales talk?

I enquired about Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month. The broker said possession is on track, but when I spoke to a bank, they mentioned that Ansal projects require a higher down payment and stricter eligibility for loans. So, 'smooth loans' toh nahi bol sakte. It's definitely not as easy as for other top builders.
Main bhi Ansal API ka ek project dekhne gaya tha Krishna Kunj ke paas, do saal pehle. Location acchi thi no doubt, but jab unke sales team se baat ki toh they were very vague about possession timelines. Aur jab market mein pata kiya, toh logon ne bataya ki unke purane projects, especially in North India, have a history of getting stuck. Delhi mein toh unka headquarter hai na, wahan bhi bahut complaints hain. Ab toh main unko avoid hi kar raha hoon, risk nahi lena chahta.
Yaar, Rajkot ka current market bhi thoda challenging hai. Bohot naye builders aa rahe hain, but established ones like Ansal API, if they have a shaky past, it impacts buyer confidence a lot. Banks also get stricter with their lending for such developers. Kalawad Road pe aur bhi options hain, maybe explore those which have clear RERA and good completion records. Don't rush into it just for school admissions.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Unka naam sunke hi lagta hai ki 1967 se hain but reputation is not good. My uncle faced similar issues with them in Lucknow many years ago. It’s a recurring pattern.

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Unka track record Delhi-NCR mein toh bilkul theek nahi raha hai, projects bahut delay hote hain. Rajkot mein bhi same issues honge, I guess. Loan approval ka bhi tension rehta hai aise builders ke saath.
Exactly! Mere ek friend ne Bhopal mein ek project mein invest kiya tha Ansal ka, bahut time laga possession mein. Bank loans bhi easily nahi milte unke projects ke liye, bahut papers maangte hain.
