My Rajkot 3BHK hunt: the super area scam is real
Honestly, I thought I knew Rajkot real estate, but this upgrade search is humbling. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm eyeing a 3BHK or even a villa near Mota Mava or 150 Feet Ring Road. But seriously, is anyone else fed up with builders like Ansal API in Krishna Kunj quoting super area? It's an absolute scam, period. You pay for 1500 sqft, but the actual carpet area is barely 1000. Everyone glorifies the location and upcoming AIIMS, but nobody talks about this massive rip-off. And then they hit you with PLC and parking charges on top of the already inflated price. I'm wondering, does negotiation even work in Rajkot for new projects? Can I realistically push for a better carpet area price or is it just take it or leave it? I already have a home loan, so every lakh counts. Change my mind.
